The MBTA's Hingham/Hull ferry runs from Pemberton Point to Long Wharf in Boston in about 25 minutes, $9.75 one way. Boats run on weekdays all year and on weekends in summer only (May 23 to October 11 in 2026). A few trips also stop at Logan Airport, so check the timetable.
The 714 is Hull's local bus, every day: from the Pemberton Point ferry along Nantasket Avenue, past Nantasket Beach, to Hingham Depot, with some trips stopping at Nantasket Junction station. Flag it down anywhere safe along the route; the fare is $1.70. At Hingham Depot, bus 220 continues to Quincy Center and the Red Line.
Nantasket Junction station in Hingham, on the Greenbush Line, is the nearest commuter rail stop to Hull, about 2.3 miles from Nantasket Beach. Some 714 buses stop there; otherwise take a taxi, ride-hail or bike for the last stretch.

DCR charges only for parking: $15 a day for cars with Massachusetts plates and $40 for others, from 8 AM to 4 PM, May 23 to September 7 (2026 dates). The beach is open dawn to dusk.
Yes, with some planning. The MBTA ferry runs from Boston to Pemberton Point on weekdays and on summer weekends. Every day, the Greenbush Line runs from South Station to Nantasket Junction in Hingham, and bus 714 runs from there along Nantasket Avenue to the beach.

From Memorial Day to early September, on weekends only until June 18, according to DCR. The reservation has a bathhouse and restrooms, and beach wheelchairs are available at the Mary Jeanette Murray Bath House in season.
