“The Paragon Gallery” at Hull Town Hall*
The Exhibits Committee is seeking an HA member to serve as curator for the installation of artwork at Hull Town Hall. The exhibit involves 2 artists showcasing their artwork every 3 months in the town hall’s front entrance vestibule.

July Open Studios: A Strong Success
The July 18–19 Open Studios weekend drew an estimated 1,700 visits to 22 studio and group locations, where 30 artists welcomed guests into their creative spaces. Now in its 30th year, the event enjoyed fair weather and an enthusiastic turnout. Many artists reported that their sales were their best ever, and guests went home with treasures.
The next Open Studios weekend takes place August 29–30, 10 AM–4 PM. The event continues to grow into a regional attraction, with roughly half of all visitors coming from outside Hull. This family‑friendly tradition offers art lovers of all ages a chance to explore local creativity and enjoy meaningful, personal interactions with the artists who make Hull’s arts community so vibrant.

Different outdoor locations
We encourage artists to enjoy Hull’s natural beauty and diverse landscapes.
Locations include seaside scenes, historic sites, scenic vistas, and private gardens.
Sessions are scheduled to make the most of the morning light and
finish before the afternoon heat (9 a.m.-12 p.m.).
Open and free to all—artists of any level or ability are welcome.
No instruction is provided; just bring your supplies and enjoy.
